It would be useful to get a written cancellation - on paper, that could be referred to for others.

will do... they are currently refusing to send me the patas forms. so i used a spare set... haven't heard from them yet! |

I have a letter from Westminster cancelling the PCN because they didn't send the PATAS forms, and sent the charge certificate out too early, if it helps your PATAS case.

They will probably do what Barnet did to me with my recent Bus Lane fine, and just not turn up. Because "No Evidence Supplied" is potentially a lot less damaging than "Your signs are not legal"...

I'm an RBKC resident and am about to restart my protest I started back in 2008. Does anyone by any chance know who the particular pr*ck /s is / are who I should direct my protest to? And who instigated this f*cking obscene policy?
Also, might I take this opportunity to applaud the great work to person / persons who have quite rightfully removed the permit bay writing.

I have just been to Earl's Court and seen a few bays with the word "permits" gone! Funny enough these bays were full when they used to be empty.

Today, midday, another C.E.O. seen on an untaxed scooter (or disc not obviously visable) up Old Brompton Road sw3..........surely any tickets issued by him are invalid. (wishing I had a Humvee at the time, as a flat CEO is the best type)
