There is a WCC meeting going on right now.

Westminster Council leader Colin Barrow just wished his opposite number Paul Dimoldenberg a "miserable" 60th birthday, not a good start to the meeting is it .

Do you think Colin might be under a bit of pressure at the moment ROTFL

Dimoldenberg proposed £10 cut in residents parking permit cost.

He said earlier this week, it could be funded by scrapping the bike tax thereby saving the council £430,000  ROTFL

At the moment I think that Paul Dimoldenberg is the only politician I would ever consider voting for.

Me too, I think he's great. He's a very nice man, I just like and trust him.

A councillor who is liked & trusted. That's a first & rare as rocking horse excrement ! I did appreciate his wit however, his Portsmouth analogy & his earlier boot to the groin of WCC with the £430k.

I think that is such a grate line we shold not waist it on Colin Barrow. Maybe we should consider a flier campagin for Westminsters residents cars?
