How apt we thought that this site is called Nutsville, after reading about the 8 year battle scooter owner Dr Richard Dawood has been having with the notoriously greedy Camden Council. So you don't own the land unless you fence it off. Their is a lesson for all to take on board.

Given that it's private land, I think there's a case here for really pushing it. Like say, putting movable barriers up, or even just a couple of posts and some tape wiith some signs that say, "private land, no parking, trespassers will be prosecuted." Then perhaps a law suit against the CEO and their company for criiminal trespass.

It seems the judge was looking at this case as though the bike was blocking access onto land. Somthing land owners have done to stop people exercising their right to follow established foot paths.
